A child is the next generation of a family, society, nation and ultimately the entire universe. When the mental health of a child is nourished properly, we are protecting the future of mother Earth. Have you ever thought that a child can develop mental health issues at a very small age?
Well.....! It`s true, but don`t worry there are ways in which we can identify and deal with it in its initial stage. Parents can play a vital role in rescuing their child from developing a mental health issues. Many factors such as genetics, environment, event, brain chemistry, life experiences and unhealthy habits affects as child`s mental health.

Choose contact and loving connections help to positively shape a baby`s feel that the world is a safe space and that their needs will be met. This builds their confidence and allows their brain to develop optimally. You cannot spoil you child by being responsive to their needs. Soft touch reduces pain and encourages oxytocin release in a child and care. Oxytocin encourages feelings of love and bonding and reduces stress and anxiety. Don`t be afraid to comfort your child when they cry. The close contact will reassure them that they are safe and loved.

How to support your child`s mental health?
There are many ways to support your child`s mental health such as;
Love: Be there for them and show them how much they mean to you.
Support: Support them emotionally and encourage them.
Listen: listen what they have to say and be attentive.
Exercise: Encourage physical activity and play time.
Educate: Read up on and educate them about mental health.
Copying: Help your child to cope with symptoms.
Rest: it is also important for child.
Conversation: Help your child to open up and have conversation.
Environment: Create a positive environment so that they can thrive.
Be proud: Tell your child how proud you`re of them.
