With diabetes, your body doesn`t make enough insulin or can`t use it as well as it should. Overtime, that can cause serious health problems, such as heart disease, vision loss and kidney disease.

         The exact cause of most types of diabetes is unknown. In all cases, sugar builds in the bloodstream. This is because the pancreas doesn`t produce insulin. Stress doesn`t cause diabetes, but it can affect your blood sugar levels and how you look after your condition. Heavy diabetes to manage on life normal ups and downs can itself be a cause of stress.

From 100 to 130mg/dl (5.0 to 10.0mmol/L) for normal people. A blood sugar level less than 140mg/dl (7.8mmol/L) is normal. A reading of more than 200mg/dl (11.1mmol/L) after two hours means you have diabetes.

Milk: it contains much needed nutrients for a well balanced diet, so it offers excellent nutritional value for people with diabetes.

Lemon water: lemon are high in soluble fiber, which slows digestion and, by doing so, helps to control blood sugar and cholesterol levels.

In particular. apples oranges and grape fruit are good choices for diabetic people. A person with diabetic should include a variety of whole foods in their diet, such as nutrient-dense, fruits and vegetables. Yogurt is also beneficial source of nutrition for diabetic people.

Control your sugar naturally

Take exercise regularly, manage your fiber, drink plenty of water, eat moderate proteins, manage your stress, get enough sleep, eat foods that are rich in chromium and magnesium.

Diabetic should avoid

Refined sugar, added sugar, flavored coffee, trans fat, alcoholic drinks, figs, grapes, mangoes, cherries and bananas.
