Bones , muscles and joints hold our body together and support freedom of movement. Joints are the areas where bones comes together. They allow the skeleton to be flexible for movement. In a joint, bones do not directly contact each other. Instead, they are cushioned by cartilage in the joint, synovial membranes around the joint, and fluid.

There are several potential causes for bone and joint pain, including:

. Older age, as your age increases and the collagen that builds cartilage in your joints start deteriorate, aches and pains are more likely to occur.

. Arthritis or osteoarthritis 

. Overuse due to performing repetitive movements.

. Poor posture

. Injuries, impact or trauma                    

. Inactivity or a sedentary lifestyle, such as sitting for many hours per day

. An autoimmune disorder that increases inflammation, such as Hashimoto`s, thyroiditis or fibromyalgia

. Muscle pains or an injury that places pressure on a joint 

. Bone and joint pain may also become worse if another condition starts weakening muscles or causing bone pain such as bursitis, osteoporosis or a fracture

. In rare cases due to an infection, or a virus or illness that causes, achiness, such as the flu

. A lack of sleep, which can contribute to fatigue, aches and stiffness

Symptoms of joint pain

Symptoms of joint pain includes soreness, aching or discomfort when using the affected joint. The sore joint may feel hot and burning. Joint pain can occur suddenly or be an ongoing condition. A sudden, acute pain in multiple joints may be a symptom of gout, inflammation  or the beginning of a chronic joint disorder. 

Consistent pain in many joints may be the result of arthritis. Individuals  who experience any of the following symptoms along with the bone or joint pain should see a health practitioner for a complete examination.

1. aching or stiffness throughout the body.

2. the feeling of pulled, burning or overworked muscles.

3. pain that worsens with movement.

Bone Bruising

A bone bruise can happen when a bone takes a fall. This makes small cracks in the outer layer of bone and it also includes bleeding in the thin covering of the bone. Osteoarthritis can also cause bone bruising.

Maintain your healthy weight by eating healthy diet. Keep working and take exercise regularly also correct your posture. always prevent yourself from falling. Strengthening exercise daily.
