when most people think of exercise, they typically think of hitting the indoor gym. While that may seem like the only practical option during the cold, snowy winter months, or during the blistering heart of summer, there is overwhelming evidence that exercising outdoors, otherwise go to green exercise, is better for you both physically and mentally being in  nature is a great way to give your immune system a boost. Your body behaves different , when you are in nature, acts as a natural stimulus for your body to protects itself from disease. You`ll boost your immune system by natural environments and natural color. you`ll get a burst of vitamin D. which reduces lifestyle disease risk and depression. Your heart beat raised to 170bpm to 40-60 mins, 3-4x per week to achieve a 5-10% improvement. Bone density around 11-18 years old bone density will increase specially in the spine and hip. Helps to lose weight.

Diet to remain healthy and fit

 Balanced diet is a key to stay healthy and fit. If you wants to remain healthy and fit.

Follow the following:

 1. Grain should be taken as the major dietary source

2. Eat more fruits and vegetables.

3. Have a moderate amount of fish, egg, milk and their alternatives.

4. Reduce salt, fat/oil and sugar.

5. Trim fat from meat by cooking. choose a low-fat cooking methods such as steaming, stewing, simmering, boiling, scalding or cooking with non-stick frying pans. Also reduce the use of frying and deep frying.
